Entry Rules

•    The giveaway applies to owner occupied, single family homes.

•    Applicants must be legal adults and residents of Washington.

•    Applicants must be homeowners and fully empowered to make purchases and home improvement decisions regarding their residence.

•    Homes must be located within the Out Today, Inc. primary servicing area defined as King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties, WA.

•    Applications must be completed online at www.outtoday.com

•    The giveaway is for up to $2,500 in electrical, plumbing, heating or cooling repairs.  Out Today, Inc. will at its sole discretion determine what company will perform the repairs, what repairs will be made and the value of those repairs.

•    Representatives from Out Today, Inc. must be allowed access to the home to examine the condition and to see what repairs need to be made.

•    This is not a game of chance.  The recipient will be the most inspirational and deserving as determined by the best judgment of Out Today, Inc.'s giveaway committee.  All decisions are final.

•    The $2,500 giveaway will occur each month and continue until the current economic recession is over as determined by Out Today, Inc.

•    The recipients will be selected on the 15th of each month and informed prior to any media announcements.

•    The recipients will be posted online at www.outtoday.com.

•    The recipients will agree to allow Out Today, Inc. to use images and likenesses of the home and homeowners and the homeowners’ name in promotional material.

•    Applicants will receive newsletters and other information from Out Today, Inc. from time to time.  Out Today, Inc. lists or customer information will NOT be shared with other companies.  Applicants can remove themselves from any subscription list at any time by notifying Out Today, Inc. by mail, phone, or e-mail of their desire to be removed from any lists.

•    Applicants agree to hold Out Today, Inc., its owners, agents and employees harmless for any injuries, loss, or damages related to the giveaway.

•    Gift is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

•    No entry fee or purchase is required to apply.

•    Employees of Out Today, Inc. and their family members are not eligible.
